National Leadership Conference

- Check-in & Registration: 3:00pm on Tuesday, October 14
- Opening Dinner at 6:00pm
- Final Session: 9:00pm on Thursday, October 16
Please book your return flights for Friday, October 17
Registration Fee: $360
Includes all meals except Wednesday Dinner

The conference will be held at the Holiday Inn & Suites – Calgary South Conference Centre at 8360 Blackfoot Trail SE, Calgary, Alberta T2J 7E1.
The hotel is located 30 minutes from the Calgary Airport.
You are responsible for booking your own accommodations directly with the Holiday Inn.
We have arranged a room block with a discounted conference rate of $159.99 per night.

The discounted rate will be available until September 8th, 2025. After this time booking will be subject to availability and at the regular hotel room rates. So please be sure to make your reservation before September 8th!
Hotel/In-Person details:
- Check-in is available beginning at 3:00PM on Tuesday. Check-out time will be by 11:00AM on Friday.
- All of our meetings and meals will take place in the Meadows Mile Ballroom on the first floor.
- Parking is complimentary in the hotel’s underground parkade. If you will have a car with you please be prepared with the plate number, make and color when you check-in.
- The on-site Pacini Restaurant offers signature Italian cuisine and the Pacini Lounge is a great place to relax and grab a cold drink while watching the game. They also serve a wide variety of appetizers if you are looking for an evening snack. Pacini is open from 6:30AM to 10:00PM.
- You may wish to take advantage of the hotel’s amenities including a pool, waterslide, hot tub, and fitness centre. The pool is open 8:00AM to 10:00PM.

A few local recommendations for the week and our open evening on Wednesday or while you are visiting Calgary:
Coffee Shops
– Les Moulins La Fayette (3 min walk from hotel)
– Starbucks (5 min walk from hotel)
Things to do
– Visit Inglewood’s Historic Main Street (9th Avenue Southeast) which was Calgary’s original downtown and is known for its vibrant mix of independent shops, art galleries, craft breweries, and diverse restaurants (15 min drive from the hotel).
– Take a river walk starting at Pearce Estate Park which is located close to Inglewood (13 min drive from the hotel). There are also a number of other parks and trails nearby along the Bow River.
– Fish Creek Provincial Park has lots of nice trails and is about a 20 minute drive from the hotel.
– Explore Deerfoot Meadows, Calgary’s premier outdoor shopping district (5 min drive from the hotel).
– Explore the Chinook Centre Mall which has over 250 stores (8 min drive from the hotel).
– Canyon Meadows Cinemas has cheap movie tickets and is about 15 minutes from the hotel.
– Calgary Tower is a 191-metre free standing observation tower and restaurant in Downtown Calgary. Tickets are $25 per person (22 min drive from the hotel).
Places to eat
– There is a large variety of places in the Deerfoot Meadows area such as Moxies, Tavern @ Deerfoot Meadows, and Via Cibo (Italian).
– Along Macleod Trail (near the Chinook Centre) has a good variety of restaurants to choose from.
– There are also a number of unique restaurants and pubs in the Inglewood area.
