National Leadership Conference

Dates: October 14-17, 2025

  • Registration begins: July 15, 2025
  • Check-in & Registration: 3:00pm on Tuesday, October 14
  • Opening Dinner at 6:00pm
  • Final Session: 9:00pm on Thursday, October 16
    Please book your return flights for Friday, October 17

Registration Fee: $360
Includes all meals except Wednesday Dinner

Who Should Attend

Please determine who will attend from your chapter based on the following criteria:

  • Chapters with 0-7 staff = 1 attendee (ED)
  • Chapters with 8-29 staff = 2 attendees (ED + 1 senior leader)
  • Chapters with 30 + staff = 3 attendees (ED + 2 senior leaders)

 

Accommodations

The conference will be held at the Holiday Inn & Suites – Calgary South Conference Centre at 8360 Blackfoot Trail SE, Calgary, Alberta  T2J 7E1.

The hotel is located 30 minutes from the Calgary Airport.

You are responsible for booking your own accommodations directly with the Holiday Inn.

We have arranged a room block with a discounted conference rate of $159.99 per night.

The discounted rate will be available until September 8th, 2025. After this time booking will be subject to availability and at the regular hotel room rates. So please be sure to make your reservation before September 8th!
