2000 Willies Ranch Rd, Princeton, BC, Canada

Dates: April 7th-10th, 2025
- Registration begins: February 7, 2025
- Check-in & Registration: 3:00-4:30pm on Monday
- Final Session: Celebration Evening on Wednesday
- Continental/To-Go breakfast will be available for those who need to leave early on Thursday
Registration Fee: $100/person

Your Chapter will be invoiced for all registration, accommodation, and meal fees.
IMPORTANT: You will need to fill out, sign, and submit Rockridge Canyon’s Consent form. You will be given the opportunity to upload the form during registration. You can upload a signed PDF or a photo of a signed printed form.

Accommodations and Meals Fees:
- Dormitory Lodge (shared accommodation): $339.15/person
- We will only use bottom bunks in the dormitory
- Wolfe Creek Lodge (shared accommodation): $455.70/person
- Wolfe Creek Lodge (non-shared accommodation): $651.00/person

Location
A few things to keep in mind as you prepare to come to RockRidge Canyon:
RockRidge Canyon is located in the hills and spread out on hilly terrain so there will be a fair amount of walking up and down hills. Please be sure to bring comfortable shoes. If you will need accessibility assistance to get around the camp, please indicate this when completing your registration.

Cell coverage at RockRidge is often poor and the wifi can be spotty as well.
Special Celebration Event
We have a special evening planned on Wednesday to honor our newly credentialed YFC staff and those who have reached years of service milestones. There is not an official dress code, however, this is your opportunity to dress up and celebrate if that is something you enjoy doing. We look forward to celebrating with you!

A SPECIAL WELCOME FROM THE TEAM
Sandy here from Greater Vancouver Youth Unlimited! We have been praying and planning for the Western Region Gathering, anticipating an encounter with our Heavenly Father.
It’s going to be a time when we get to connect with God, connect with one another, all while receiving some much needed rest. We know that everybody connects to God in different ways, and so we are providing a variety of experiences to help everybody enter into what God has for us.
We want this to feel more like a retreat rather than a conference, so that you can leave feeling renewed, refreshed, with a restored energy to serve the young people that you care for. We are so looking forward to seeing you there!
